Officer Thompson arrives at St. Mary's Hospital on a trespass report, enters the building, and reaches the upper examination wing before being taken.

Thompson wakes in a cage in the basement prison. Solve the cage padlock, escape the prison area, evade the Mutant through the maintenance wing, and retrieve your pistol.

Deep underground tunnels patrolled by big hands and minions. Find the shotgun, open the 4-digit code door, align the half-pipes, and rescue Sam from the burning police car.
